Patek Philippe goes full sparkle with the new Nautilus Haute Joaillerie Ref. 5811/1460G-001, a white gold dazzler that takes the brand’s signature sports watch silhouette and covers it in diamonds — and not just any diamonds.
This latest high-jewelry 2025 Patek Philippe Nautilus is set with a staggering 1,285 brilliant-cut diamonds (6.43 carats) and 195 baguette-cut diamonds (13.27 carats), all arranged to emphasize the curves, facets, and bracelet links of the Nautilus design. It succeeds the previous fully iced-out model, the Ref. 5719/10G-010, which was discontinued earlier in the year.
Rows of baguette-cut stones trace the rounded octagonal bezel, while the dial is fully paved with brilliant cuts to keep the shimmer uninterrupted. The bracelet continues the motif, with baguette diamonds running through the center links and more brilliant cuts along the outer links.
The 2025 Patek Philippe Nautilus Haute Joaillerie 5811/1460G-001 carries a retail price of $636,310 — though good luck ever spotting one in the wild.
