Description

This retro-inspired dress chronograph is part of the Historiques collection that pays tribute to Vacheron Constantin’s archives. The unassuming 36mm case in fully polished platinum is complemented by a ridged crown, ovoid pushers, down-turned and angular lugs plus a polished, chamfered bezel. The dial has an understated aesthetic with its finely-grained silvered face with applied baton and Arabic numerals. There are also two subdials for 30-minute and sub-seconds registers that feature an engine-turned pattern. Around the dial’s outer perimeter are a tachymeter scale and five-minute divisions. Inside this watch is the 21-jewel caliber 1140 manual-wining movement with a beautiful finish that can be viewed from the transparent caseback. The watch comes with a brown leather strap with a quarter-Maltese Cross pin buckle.
