With a beautiful round case and a finely detailed dial, Zenith's Chronomaster XXT Quantieme Perpetual is a luxury timepiece that speaks volumes of Zenith's refined aesthetic design prowess and engineering mastery. Available in a case of either rich 18k rose gold with a luxurious solid silver dial or radiant white gold with a black dial, both versions of the Chronomaster XXT Quantieme Perpetual feature the same dial design. Upon first glance, one might mistake the four small dials surrounding the central hands for a traditional chronograph; each of the dials are actually components of a larger perpetual calendar, one of the most complex and impressive complications available in a wristwatch.
The four smaller dials comprising the perpetual calendar include day, date and month, year and lunar cycle complications. The dials work together to create a complete calendar that after the initial calibration will remain accurate, even through leap years and the long/ short month cycle, a grand feat for a mechanical timepiece. This exceedingly complex calendar complication is driven by an in-house designed and manufactured, exceptionally accurate automatic movement for which Zenith watches are so renown.
Around the perimeter of the Chronomaster XXT Quantieme Perpetual's dial sit long, elegant, triangular rose or white gold indexes that match the case metal, over which hours, seconds and minutes hands slowly sweep. The seconds hand is also recruited when the stopwatch function is engaged via the push buttons just above and below the screw-down crown. All of this finely calibrated movement is protected by a scratch-resistant, anti-glare hardened sapphire crystal. Both watches in this series feature hand-sewn dark leather straps for added luxury, style and comfort. The clasp material matches the metal used in the case.
