In 2006 there was a limited edition collection of luxury timepieces produced by Officine Panerai. From this Special Edition collection, only five styles of exquisite timepieces remain available, and even then, only in very limited quantities. The Panerai Radiomir Historic 1938, Panerai Radiomir 1936 California and Panerai Radiomir 1936 California each have light brown leather straps, while the Panerai Radiomir One-Eighth Second has a darker brown alligator leather strap. The last remaining style, Panerai Luminor North Pole GMT, has a rubber band with the Panerai signature branded on it.
In the Officine Panerai Special Editions 2006 collection, there are three manual movement timepieces and two automatic movement timepieces. The smallest case in this collection is 44 mm, while the largest case is 47 mm; which size you choose will depend upon your wrist size, as well as upon your personal aesthetic preferences. The Panerai Radiomir One-Eighth Second comes with a Chronometer Certificate (C.O.S.C.) and measures down to the split second. It is a particularly unique and stylish timepiece because of its chronograph, which includes two different counters.
When you order a luxury timepiece, it will come with the manufacture's box and papers as proof that it is part of the Officine Panerai Special Editions 2006 collection. Every style in this 2006 collection will be a bold, fashionable statement piece for years to come!
