Luxury Bazaar is NOT an authorized dealer of any Watch and Jewelry Brand that we sell. However, we source our watches and brand name jewelry directly through authorized dealers and distributors. The sources we buy from are just as reliable as our company and we screen our vendors on a regular basis to make sure they uphold the highest standards just as we do with our clients.
Every manufacturer imprints a serial number on each of their pieces for identification purposes. We guarantee that each item we sell bears the original manufacturer’s serial number intact and without any alterations. In rare cases some brand name jewelry pieces will not have serial number but this is only in the cases where the manufacturer produces this piece without an imprint, usually due to size or design limitation.

Watches:
Due to the fact that we are considered an unauthorized dealer – the manufacturer will not honor a warranty on a watch bought through us. However, Luxury Bazaar provides you with an equivalent warranty that mirrors the manufacturer’s warranty one to one.
In an unlikely event something does go wrong with your watch within 2 years from the date of purchase, the watch would need to be sent back to us. We use only highly qualified professional watchmakers who are capable of fixing any watch. Our watchmakers are authorized repair centers for many high end watch manufacturers and can easily deal with fixing any watch only using genuine parts.
If it is determined that the defect is of a more serious nature, we will have the watch returned to the respective manufacturer. Unfortunately, the manufacturers can take a minimum of 4-8 weeks to repair a watch, sometimes longer if parts are back ordered.
Jewelry:
Because jewelry is not as intricate as watches, the warranty is a lot simpler here, the only thing we can cover is if something breaks, some jewelry may have movable parts, earrings can have broken posts, in the rare case that this happens our qualified jewelers will repair your jewelry and get it back to you, usually within 10 days.
Our Limited Warranty for Watches and Jewelry
The Luxury Bazaar warranty covers all new watches and jewelry for the period of two years from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, finish, crystals, glass, Straps – leather, fabric or rubber, damage due to wear and tear, damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations and damage due to physical and/or accidental abuse.
All warranty repairs must be handled directly through Luxury Bazaar. Watches opened or repaired by any other source will void all warranties. Luxury Bazaar will cover all parts and labor or replace the watch at our discretion within the warranty period.
Shipping and insurance costs for warranty returns to us must be covered by the customer. Returns must be shipped via traceable courier, e.g. UPS or USPS (Do not ship via FedEx, FedEx does not insure watches or jewelry valued above $500). Return shipment must be pre-paid and fully insured. Collect shipping will be refused. In case of loss or damages, customer is liable. Return shipping expenses to the customer once the watch is repaired will be covered by Luxury Bazaar
In case a repair is necessary; please call us to obtain a return authorization number. All warranty returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA). This number must be displayed on the outside of the box. A watch returned without authorization will be refused. Please include a copy of your invoice and/or a detailed letter indication the problem, the return address, contact phone numbers and email address.

Fraud:
As a seller of High End Goods, we are a primary target for online fraud and we approach this very seriously. If we receive a fraudulent order, we will notify and cooperate with the Local and Federal authorities. We do this to protect ourselves and our customers. Everything acquired during the process of fraudulent orders will immediately be turned in to the proper authorities in your immediate area. If you plan on committing fraud against us, DO NOT waste your time, we have seen it all, it will not work with us!

 Luxury Bazaar takes pride in its large inventory. If your purchased item is currently in stock, we will ship the item within 1-2 business days after the order is processed. You will be notified of the shipment by email or phone.
Sometimes, due to the volume of orders we receive or due to the item being on backorder, a particular item maybe be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you in a timely fashion to provide you the desired item within a pre-determined, estimated time frame or help you find another item. If you have already been charged, but the item is no longer in stock, please be assured that we will refund the full amount charged. Refunds will be issued by the same method as the original payment.
Please keep in mind we also sell items across multiple platforms: both on and off line, places like eBay and other websites, trade shows. We also sell items to other dealers (wholesale) and often will give goods out on memo to different stores across the globe, so double sales and slight delays in shipping can happen on rare occasions.

 We Ship FREE Worldwide using known carriers like FedEx, UPS, DHL, EMS, TNT, USPS, depending on the shipping location, item price and item size.
All packages are fully insured against loss, theft, and damage during transit. All of our packages are covered by an independent 3rd party insurance company.
For Art and Antiques we use specialized couriers to make sure the items arrive safely. Charges do apply but in some case the item you purchase maybe small enough and are able to use our regular carriers listed above and the shipping is still FREE.
In cases where the item is over the insured limit of our regular shipping insurance policy limit we will use armored services such as Brinks, Malca Amit, and Ferrari Express. Charges apply and actual quote will be provided at the time of purchase.
We also have personalized courier service, who can hand deliver any item you purchase. This person is a full time staff member and will travel on call. Charges apply and actual quote will be provided at the time of purchase.
Please note - due to the nature and value of the products we sell, ALL packages will require an adult signature at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, due to insurance restrictions we are not able to ship packages without requiring an adult signature.
Shipping to an address other than the billing address when paying with a Credit Card:
Due to the heightened risk of fraud associated with credit card purchases of high end luxury items, Luxury Bazaar prefers to ship our products to the billing address. However, we recognize the necessity for customers to have an option of shipping the package to an alternate address. If you choose to have the package shipped to an address different than your billing address, we will require that an "Alternate Shipping Address" be added to file with your credit card company. This is a very routine and simple process, which should take only a few minutes.
Simply call your credit card customer service and ask them to add an "Alternate Shipping Address to File" and give the representative the address you'd like to have us ship the item to. This security procedure benefits and protects both you and us from potential fraudulent orders. It tells us that the cardholder has authorized Luxury Bazaar to ship the watch to an address other than the billing address.

 Luxury Bazaar has a “NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY” on all items purchased, if you are not satisfied for any reason, return the item to us for a full refund. Everything we sell is 100% authentic, brand new (applies to watches and jewelry), unless otherwise stated. We stand behind everything we sell so we play no games when it comes to returns; there are no restocking fees, no hidden charges, the only thing we deduct are the shipping charges.
We accept returns within 7 days of customers' receipt of product.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA). Please contact us prior to return to obtain RA number. This number must be displayed on the outside of the box; this will expedite your return. An item returned without authorization will be refused.
All products must be returned with original packaging that the item comes with and all included items.
Returns will be credited in full minus original shipping and insurance costs.
Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.
Returns must be shipped via traceable courier, e.g. UPS or USPS (Do not ship via FedEx, FedEx does not insure watches or jewelry valued above $500). Return shipment must be pre-paid and fully insured for the amount you expect credit. Collect shipping will be refused. In case of a loss or damage, customer is liable.
Once you have been issued the RA number, you must ship the watch back so that we receive it within 7 days.

Watches:
Watches must be returned in the original condition, with all protective plastics/tape and hang tags intact, all accessories, boxes and papers. Until you are positive you will be keeping the watch kindly refrain from wearing it. It is almost impossible to wear a watch for even a day and for the watch not be blemished or scratched. Please do not have the bracelet sized (links removed), or any straps cut. Please note that some watches are on memo from other dealers and do not carry a return policy, you will notified before your purchase if the selected watch meets this criteria.
Jewelry:
All jewelry must be returned to us in the original condition, with all the original boxes, papers, tags etc. Resizing of Rings, Bracelets, and Necklaces done by the customer voids the return policy.
Art and Antiques:
All artwork and antiques must be returned in the condition it was received. If a specialized carrier was used to deliver the item to you in a case of a return you must use the same carrier for returns.
Special Orders:
We will gladly assist in providing special orders of items that we may not currently have in stock. Due to the specialized nature, special order items are not subject to the standard return policy. If your item is a special order item, we will notify you at the time of purchase. This mostly applies to Watches and Brand Name jewelry that is not in stock and has to be ordered.
Purchases by Manufacturers:
Our return policy does not apply to any purchases made by any watch manufacturer, watch brand distributors, and/or any person acting on behalf of any of these entities in any capacity. Purchases made by the aforementioned entities may not be returned for any reason under any circumstances.

We will market your item on our website, eBay store, mailing lists, as well as other online platforms, and among our private customers. We also work with a large network of other dealers and attend most major trade shows.
We sell 90% of consigned merchandise within 8-10 weeks. And the best part is that there is NO COST to you. Whatever price we agree upon is the amount you will receive once the item has sold. No photo fees, no insurance fees, no commissions and no repair fees. If you are interested in learning more please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your consignment needs.
We make the consignment process painless; first, we will give you a verbal or written assessment of the item you are trying to consign. We will then, send you pre-paid and insured shipping label or schedule a pick up with a specialized courier if needed. We also are always happy to purchase your unwanted items; the purchase process works the same as the consignment process with the exception of course that instead of sending you a consignment agreement we will send you payment. All payments are issued within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. In some cases, especially with Art and Antiques it can take us 7-10 days as we may need to call in outside specialists to help us appraise certain goods based on condition and of course double check authenticity. Identity verification is a must. We will ask for documentation that we can keep on file in regards to the seller and the item sold to us.
