This limited edition of 500 pieces from Audemars Piguet is extremely rare, and a very lucrative limited edition model. The "End of Days" Offshore is a very hot collector’s timepiece because it was seen on the wrist of none other than Arnold Schwarzenegger in the 1999 action horror thriller film End of Days. Not only is this watch famous for its movie cameo, but it is a bit of a pioneer in the world of horology; it is the first Royal Oak darkened by a PVD treatment.
The “End of Days” Offshore boasts a strong masculine case with a black waffle dial. On the dial, there are three chronographs and luminescent numerals and hands. The strap is made of black Kevlar to give the watch a more rugged feel, and it closes with a Velcro strap.
Lastly, this piece has a water resistance to 100 meters/330 feet.
