2012 Baselworld - Bovet revealed another exquisite new collection - the Amadeo Fleurier 46 Rising Star.
This models in 18K Red gold is a fitting tribute to celebrate Bovet's 190th Anniversary
The main change is once again to the Tourbillon carriage, whose size has been increased significantly to 13.5 mm.
The Tourbillon appears to be hanging by a thin bridge, as if "floating" in zero gravity thereby creating the illusion of flight.
The watch has a wonderful brown guilloche dial.
The bezel is set with 64 baguette cut diamonds (4.27 ct.) The watch indicates time in three time zones.
There two secondary time-zones located at 9 o’clock and 3 o’clock which can display one of twenty-four cities corresponding to the time-zone displayed below the city aperture, added to which are two day/night indicators.
The center plate shows the hours and minutes of the local time-zone (indicated by the long red gold hour & minute hands).
The power reserve indicator is located at 12 o’clock and the seconds-hand is on the Tourbillon carriage at 6 o’clock.
The new Rising Star has the Amadeo Convertible technology, which is patented by the brand.
This unique design allows you to easily transform the chronometer and turn it into a pocket watch, then, if you want, to a desktop display.
Bovet also makes the conversion exceptionally easy, with no tools needed at all.
The crown is located on the case at the 12 o’clock position.

Both an alligator leather strap and an 18K Red gold chain are supplied.
