Description:

New for 2012 & released at Baselworld - the magnificent Vintage WW2 Bomber Regulateur in a steel-grey PVD coating over the stainless steel case, that gives this large & bold watch its aged look, particularly on the bezel.
The bezel and crown are large - the bezel has deep notches and is bi-directional.
The crown has been placed at 9 o'clock.
All these design elements are said to make the watch easy to use while wearing gloves, as did pilots during WW2.
The dial is black and has beautiful sand-colored Arabic numerals, index and hands which are photo-luminescent.
This means that the dial is perfectly legible in any light, as would have been required by pilots & navigators all those years back.
Another aspect of the watch - the functions of hours, minutes & seconds are separated, with the most prominent had being the large center minute hand.
Hours are in a sub dial at 6 o'clock and seconds are clearly displayed at 12 o'clock.
The watch is completed by an authentic distressed calfskin leather strap with a tang / pin buckle.
The movement is the high-end Dubois Depraz automatic movement.
The watch is water resistant to 50 meters / 165 feet
